I would like to begin by thanking all of the Parents and Caregivers for your continued support of the school as we deal with the ever changing guidelines amidst the ongoing COVID challenge. Students are to be commended for their resilience as they adapt to the new lunchtime arrangements.
It is important that any students that are unwell do not attend school. Please remember to advise the school by phone or email when your child is unwell.
This week teachers will be placing a Welcome Letter and Classroom Expectations on their Connect page for Parents to view. It is very important that we have good communication between home and school during these challenging times. I encourage Parents to contact their child’s teacher should there be any concerns or questions.
Unfortunately, we are in for another spell of hot weather and we urge all students to remember to bring a hat and their water bottle every day. We have refrigerated water refill stations in every block.
Very soon the P&C will be having its annual general meeting and I would urge all parents to consider being involved. The P&C performs an important fundraising function for the school in addition to running the canteen and organising a range of social events for the students.
